Today i was good luck enough to come bak from office on time at 5:30 pm . Actually one person from every deptt. has to over-stay at plant once in a week ... very rubbish ... 3 extra hours without any extra benefit :( So it becomes a duty of 11.5 hours. Today was my turn. PA of the Plant Manager manages this schedule, ensures the arrangement of transport and then informs the concerned person with a blood boiling tone ... aaj appka over-stay hay ... PA was on leave and the person on duty in his place perhaps forgot to inform me and i skipped from the jail early, though i was mentally prepared for his fone call. And it was going to be my third overstay today.


purpose of overstay: Nothing but a bull shit. only bloody rules.


One day my Manager was advising me: '' U r supposed to overstay daily and try to learn early, read manuals, understand electrical drawings (it is just like extracting meanings from an abstract drawing) and see how trobleshooting is done.'' ... No way ... i said to myself ... it is extremely meaningless ... believe me 8 hours of duty are enough to exhaust you. But i felt a bit surprised when one day my father advised me the same ... all the managers think in a same way :D

In October i will have to appear in a Test and Interview again for next 6 month's so-called training. This time the panel is very dangerous; Group Consultant, GM, Manager Technical, Plant Manager and my HOD.

ahh 1 qurbani ka bakraa oore itnay saaray zalim qasa'ey. Magar hamara manshoor aaj bhii wohi hay '' parho gay, likhoo gay, ho gay kharaab.''
