I am busy like a bee these days .. coz shut down at plant is in final stages. Meanwhile I had plans to update on last saturday night but hung out with sajjad and irfi .. ore adhi raat tak Awara'garadi kartay rahy .. missing that hostel life.

Khair .. khawab and Naqi (yar tum to mujay jaantay ho :) although I am not into flying, but I find a certain sort of fascination in it.

This is, at least, what I feel about the crowded airport lounges, round the clock busy terminals, people with fresh and tired faces, naughty children running ahead of their parents (as yours truly was in his childhood :) luggage-packed trolleys, canteens, wide and long runways glittering with thousands of multi-color navigation lights– with each color having a specific message for the pilot, ‘control tower’ covered with rigid and transparent glass from all sides, its’ cold and numb atmosphere, rapidly changing LCD digits on large screens, continuously engaged operators with the flights in operation, efficient ground crew, mighty Boeings and Air Buses, attractive logos of airlines, an experienced gentleman flight captain with his very polite crew, splendid interiors, stylish flight kitchens, specific aroma of the food which wafts in the cabin as soon as the steward starts serving the food trays by pushing his trolley slowly from one seat to another, usual sound of engines and continuous mild vibrations, a smooth flight and a perfect landing!
Is that enough? I don’t think so :)

Declaration: This was the last post on this subject. Thx for bearing me.

what abt ... when you expect a cute air hostess to serve you in a long flight and suddenly an uncle comes from no where and throws a tray towads you ... :P ... i don know the person was normal at all who hired all these ugly old uncles to serve PIA's passenger ??? .... what abt when custom officer opens up your nicely packed luggage and make you feel a person with no privacy at all .... and picks up a gift from it and asks for an invoice for the gift you are taking with you for some one ??? Why the hell are scanners for ... show shaw k liye ???

and what abt when the plane you are riding keeps on flying above the destination airport and makes you feel so flustrated that you need to jump outta window ...... and just imagine the fact when you are confined to sit on a chair for hours constantly and you even cant stretch your legs because the seats in damn economy class are too close to each other ...... thats not all btw ... :P

Perhaps people like you always have a habit of painting everything in black. Economy isn’t as bad as you are exaggerating about it. But if you have a problem, why don’t you pay an extra amount and get the seat reserved in the first class?? You will have a comfortable seat, extra space to stretch your legs and an enchantingly beautiful hostess will serve you the food with a vivacious smile.

Nobody can help you on the traditional problem of custom officers. Uttering a whine on this issue sounds cliché. And one more thing ... next time put an Uzi in your bag and let it pass through the scanner. You will come to know for what the shit they are all about :P

I agree with you on this...PIA naheen sudhray gee....hehehe

Naqi>> Okie, tell me which thing, except PIAs' crew, was far away from reality?? I am ready to break into lance again :)

Asma>> Not exactly! Before this, a couple of posts were also on the same issue. Just like Nicolas'letter to flight captain, a pic of Dream Liner and links to listen live ATC conversation. People started thinking that i am into flying.
Something interesting to tell you, yesterday i saw a person who was carrying a flour bag of 10kgs in a pram. I was just like saying 'Wah - kia peyara bacha hay!'
Now don't think that the same was in the trolleys! HEEh HEEh.
