Waisay there is nothing much problem in it ... simply wat u ppl have to do is : free ur mind from all thoughts and fears, switch off the lights of your room, play some light music and after 15 minutes u wil realize that things are becoming better. And if they are not, gulp down a 'Laxotonil' the ultimate solution.

I cant turn off my mind, even if I want to. That is the problem.
